3. Products and Services
(a) You agree and authorise our website service provider to charge the order or subscription fees to your account’s registered payment method.
(b) If you have purchased ‘Three of the Moonsea’ or have a subscription plan, you will receive our latest issue, and the remaining issues when they are published and released in the months of March, July, November.
(c) The ‘Three of the Moonsea’ is a one-time purchase and there is no purchase limit for each customer.
(d) If you are subscribed to our 4 months subscription plan, it is set to automatically renew every 4 months. If you are subscribed to our 12 months subscription plan, it is set to automatically renew every 12 months.
(e) You agree to promptly update your account and payment information including but not limited to; email address, postal address, payment card number and expiration dates, so that we can complete your orders and contact you as needed.
(f) If you cancel your subscription plan, your subscription plan will terminate at the end of your current subscription period. You will still receive all the products or services due until the end of the subscription period.
(g) We reserve the right to refuse any order or subscription you place with us at any time. We will attempt to notify you through email of any order or subscription refusal.
4. Delivery
(a) All UK orders are posted via Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and UPS depending on the item’s weight and size. Standard UK delivery normally takes 2-3 working days, and 1st Class Delivery normally takes 1-2 working days.
(b) Our team aims to pack and dispatch orders received before 2 pm on the same day, Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched on the following day, and any orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
(c) Orders are dispatched and delivered on most days of the year, however, delivery couriers do not deliver or collect letters or parcels on UK bank and public holidays.
(d) For any order outside the UK that is not registered in our current system, please contact us using our contact form, for an order and shipping quote.
(e) Please note that orders outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country which are payable by the customer. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Our shipping fees don't include local import duties or customs outside of the UK and which vary from country to country. These customs duties, import tax, and/or fees imposed by the destination country are payable by the customer.
5. Payments and Cancellation
(a) All payments should be made in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
(b) You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and provided current, truthful, complete, and accurate account and payment information for all product or service orders made.
(c) You agree and authorise our website service provider to charge the payment method associated with your account and remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
(d) We reserve the right to refuse any product or service order you place with us at any time. We will attempt to notify you through email of any product or service refusal.
(e) Refunds cannot be provided for any purchase or subscription. We do not provide any credit or refunds for mid-subscription cancellations. In such circumstances, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle.
(f) Occasionally, we may offer special promotions (such as discounts or offers) for certain products or services. We have the right to withdraw and refuse any promotions at any time and they may also be subject to time restrictions, availability and other terms and conditions.
(g) Gift cards purchased on our website can only be redeemed on our website and must be used before their expiry date.
(g) Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the code is registered before you confirm and pay for the products and/or services.
